It’s no secret that Nashville, Tennessee’s job and real estate market have exploded over the last decade. E3 Construction Services LLC will be building a mixed-use development on a 2 ½ acre plot near the corner of Clifton and 25th avenues. The $40M development will be called “The Connect at City Heights” and will feature a mixed-income residential building, a 400-vehicle parking garage, retail shops, restaurants and potentially a small grocery store.

Inside the residential building, amenities will include a rooftop pool, business center, fitness center and community gathering area. The residential units will range from between 550 – 2,000 square feet and will cost between $150K - $2M per unit. The City Heights neighborhood extends from 16th Avenue North to Interstate 440 and from Herman Street to Charlotte Pike. E3 Construction Services LLC also played a key role in developing the 12 South and Wedgewood-Houston areas of Nashville. They’ve also built several condominium developments along Herman and Clifton Avenues in the City Heights neighborhood. Jamie Isabel Sr., former Nashville metro councilmember, will also be working alongside E3 Construction Services on the project. The Connect at City Heights is expected to debut in 2020 which is the same time the “Nashville Yards” development is expected to open as well.
