Mobile Mentor, Inc., a mobile solutions company from Auckland, New Zealand, will be opening an office in Nashville, Tennessee and plan to hire more than 100 people as well as invest more than $2 million into the city. The move is aimed at providing more efficient service to the company’s North American customers and to better target Nashville’s thriving healthcare industry.

Mobile Mentor’s primary services include designing mobile apps, providing security for mobile data and providing mobile management services. Currently, the company’s primary customer base includes banks, airlines, government organizations, utility companies and other healthcare organizations. Former clients include Coca-Cola, Lexis Nexis, Health Alliance, Oceania Healthcare and Air New Zealand. Mobile Mentor was founded in 2004 and will operate on West End Avenue in Nashville’s Midtown area. Mobile Mentor also operates satellite offices in Wellington, New Zealand and New South Wales, Australia.
